Without a complete PRC repair these houses are very hard to mortgage and generally cost far more in the long term than with a PRC repair in terms of saleability and asset value. LandmarkPRC has repaired many of these type of houses with great success and made them into a fully mortagable high standard home for people to live and sell on the open market. With a 60 Year structural guarantee lenders are more readily available so you can obtain a lower "down to earth" mortage rate.
