Physical Attributes and Materials Used - 2-storey semi-detached houses. Mansard hipped roof covered with concrete tiles.
External walls of reconstituted stone faced clinker PC blocks to first floor and tile hanging to mansard edge. - Concrete strip footings with integral pad foundations. Brick underbuilding. DPC PC plinth units.
- External walls consist of PRC post and story height PRC panels.
- Seperating wall contains storey height PRC columns, PRC panels, cavity and plasterboard.
- Ceilings consist of plasterboards.
- Partitioned walls consist of clinker block.
- Ground floor made with concrete
- First floor has PRC secondary beams bolted to main beams.
- Roof consists of inverted T shaped PRC secondary beams on RSA bolted to PRC beam, timber rafters and tiles.
