Dear Paul and Andy Now the dust has settled and my house in Rochester is completely repaired and indeed transformed, I thought I would put pen to paper to let you know how delighted I am with the finished product. t’s not every day that a car runs off the road and ends up in your living room but that is exactly what happened in September 2009; fortunately nobody was injured but the house was very badly damaged and the steel frame construction completely compromised. Fortunately I was aware of a similarly constructed house nearby (steel frame with pre-cast concrete panels) which had recently been ‘converted and modernised’; I went to see the owner to ask the name of the company that had carried out the work and he gave me your company’s name and telephone number. I am being entirely honest when I say it was a most fortunate day for me and my wife. From the moment your surveyor came to look at the damage and prepare specifications and costs right through to the final piece of clearing up we found Landmark Prc completely helpful and reliable; they were also very flexible in being willing to listen to the various choices, e.g. colour of bricks, choice of windows, style of fascia boards and guttering etc. and even when we changed our minds about something! The job was finished on schedule, despite the most appalling weather for long periods of time. The house looks wonderful and I consider that I got excellent value for money. My congratulations to your firm for a job very well done and for the most courteous and sympathetic treatment we received throughout a traumatic period in our lives. Our heartfelt thanks to you all.

I think the major part of the project only took about 4 weeks, which was great considering what had to be accomplished. We were both astounded at how different the house looked after being re-bricked. At first we were worried about the upheaval that would be involved but your team worked quickly and efficiently apart from a few slight minor unexpected problems we are really, really pleased with the finished work.

Mr Clark, Bridgend, South Wales We had a duce of a time trying to find a company with a reliable background, fair aggreement and more importantly the right price. Out of all the available PRC companies, Landmarkprc overall came out as the better of them. Paul of Landmark invited us to view his previous work which gave us a vote of confidence and the reassurance on completion of a PRC repair in a satisfactory timeframe. Our initial doubts were gone and the difference to our home has greatly improved over the old and tired PRC look. It also gave our home a selling advantage and full market value.
The gardens, utility room and bits and pieces we wanted done were also up to good standard and nothing was to big a problem. From the PRC strippers, brick layers, plasterers, plumbers and roofers it was a relatively smooth process from the beginning to end. I would highly recommend them.
Mr Cullen Top team from start to finish with a great standard of work at very competitive prices, Paul and Andy always kept me informed of any problems. As with all build problems the various tradesmen would adhere to solve them and if they couldn't Paul or Andy would make it their priority to keep me happy and get it dealt with. All in all a good, reliable and trustworty firm from strippers to brickies to the finishers. A credit to you all! If I ever need a re-brick done again I would always make LandmarkPRC my first choice.

M Hoque Not the easiest thing to have done but Landmark PRC held our hands right the way through. It is a team effort and Landmark PRC make you part of their team and support you all the way through it. Highly recommended as they are always on hand to deal with, you are not a number for them but part of their team.
