Physical Attributes and Materials Used - Bungalows and 2-storey semi-detahed houses. Medium pitch gable roof covered with concrete tiles. External walls of storey height PRC panels. PRC ring beams at first floor level oversailing ground floor wall panels.

- External walls consist of PRC perimeter beams, bituminous felt connected with coach bolts and lined plasterboard.
- Seperating wall contains lightweight PC block cavity wall.
- Ceilings consist of staggered plasterboards.
- Partitioned walls are timber stud lined with plasterboard.
- Ground floor has timber boarding on timber joists on PRC perimeter beam.
- First floor has tongue and groove or laminated boarding fixed by hooked straps to horizontal reinforcement within PRC ring beam.
