Physical Attributes and Materials Used - Bungalows, 2-storey semi-detached and terraced houses.
- Medium pitch hipped or gable roof covered with tiles or asbestos cement sheets.
- Shallow pitch roofs on bungalows (Solway variants).
- External walls of storey height PRC panels.
- PRC ring beam at first floor level.
- PRC columns at corners and gable apex of asbestos cement sheets.
- Some dwellings have single storey front elevation extension covered with copper sheets.
Areas which are defective - High amount of carbonation in PRC panels and PRC ring beams.
- Cracking, spalling and rust staining of PRC columns.
- Cracking and rust staining of PRC panels, ring beams and kerb units.
